The organisation's aims are to modernise how Irish football is delivered to align with its future objectives, to accelerate internal culture change and introduce specialist skillsets.
The Football Association of Ireland has announced a voluntary redundancy programme.
It has not ruled out the possibility of following with compulsory layoffs.
The organisation says the voluntary redundancy process will begin in the coming days.
After that it will re-deploy staff before confirming how many staff could be the subject of a compulsory redundancy.
