Kfm Competitions: Terms and Conditions of Entry

Kfm reserves the right to change these terms from time to time. By entering any Kfm competition, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

By entering any Kfm competition, , whether on air, on Kfm Social Media, you agree to the relevant terms and conditions.

• A prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning and will be contacted by Kfm following the programme.
• Prize winner/s are required to collect their prize from the Kfm Broadcast Centre, M7 Business Park, Newhall, Naas, Co. Kildare within 30 days of winning. 
• Kfm reserves the right to use all recorded or live material involved in the on-air competition for broadcast or Press. The winner could, also, be required by Kfm to participate in a photo shoot. Kfm has the right to use such publicity photos in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit.
• A condition of entry is that a winner's personal data will be shared with the Promotion/ competition sponsor for the purposes of providing the prize to the winner. Any personal data relating to competition entrants will be used in accordance with  Irish Data Protection legislation .
• Employees of Kfm Radio and their immediate families are ineligible to participate. For these purposes, an "immediate family member" includes a spouse, partner, their child, brother, sister, including step siblings, parent, step parent or legal guardian.
• Employees of all associated sponsors and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
• All entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age. Proof of identity and age eligibility of any winner will be required.
• Regarding phone-in competitions, if, in the course of an on-air telephone call, the telephone line drops out, or breaks up to an unintelligible level, Kfm reserves the right to proceed to another entrant. In such event, Kfm will not be responsible for the awarding of any prize to the entrant whose line failed or was not of broadcast quality.
• Unless otherwise stated, where multiple prizes are on offer in a single competition, only one win per household will be permitted. 
• No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of a stated prize/s
• All decisions by Kfm regarding competitions administration and execution will be final. No correspondence, or discussions, will be entertained.
• By entering a competition at any stage, you confirm your acceptance of all the aforesaid terms and conditions.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

In these terms and conditions:
 

“An Post” means a registered company in Ireland under number 98788 with a registered address at the General Post Office, O’Connell Street Lower, Dublin 1.

“Comment” means the answer Eligible Entrants provide under the Promotion Post in answer to the question above.
“Eligible Entrant” means a person/user who answers the question by commenting under the Promotion Post hosted on an IRS Facebook/Instagram during the promotion period.

 
‘IRS’ means Independent Radio Sales, the participating radio stations are: Midwest Radio, Highland Radio, East Coast FM, Clare FM, Tipp FM, KCLR, KFM, Midlands 103, Northern Sound, Ocean FM, Radio Kerry, South East Radio, Shannonside

“Promotion” means the An Post Money Summer One4All Giftcard promotion.

“Promoter” means An Post

“Promotion Period” means 19^th of August 2026 – 21^st of August 2026

“Prize” means a €150 One4all Gift Card. Each Prize awarded to one Eligible Entrant winner from each participating IRS radio station. There are 13 participating radio stations in total, resulting in 13 Eligible Entrant winners each receiving a €150 One4all Gift Card.

“Promotion Post” means the promotion post published by each participating radio station on its respective Facebook and Instagram pages. The Promotion Post will include details of the prize and instructions on how to enter. Entry to the Promotion is automatic when participant answers the following question: “Tell us your dream holiday”, in the comments section of the Promotion Post.

This Promotion consists of the Promoter giving away a Prize to 13 Eligible Entrants.  
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of entry to this Promotion.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion, shall not be Eligible Entrants.

Entrants may submit only one comment in response to a Promotion Post. Only the first comment submitted by a Facebook or Instagram account will qualify as a valid entry. Any additional comments from the same account will not be accepted and will constitute additional entries to the Promotion. 

This Promotion will run from 19 of August 2026 to 21 of August 2026. The closing date for Comments to the Promotion is Thursday 20 of August 11:59pm. This time and date is final. Any Comments received after 11:59pm on this date will not be accepted for this Promotion.
 
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion with valid reason.
 
There will be no cash alternative for the Prize.
 
By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that the name of the winners may be displayed on the Promoter’s social pages following the conclusion of the Promotion. The winner of the Prize is deemed to have consented to the publication of their name by participating in the Promotion.

The Promotion winner may be requested to take part in Promotion activities and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the entry, name, photograph and value of prize paid to the winner. No remuneration will be associated with this activity.

The winner of this Promotion will be selected at random.
 
The winners of the Promotion will be chosen at random after the Promotion Period ends. The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook or Instagram.

If any Prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from that winner and select an alternative winner.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to the random selection of the Promotion winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding this selection.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant with valid reason.  

In the event of circumstances beyond its control the Promoter may cancel the Promotion.
 
The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion or the awarding of the Prize to the Promotion winner unless such loss or damage was caused by the Promoter and which is a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these terms and conditions or their negligence. Evidence of loss or damage will be required.  Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under Irish law.

By entering the Promotion Eligible Entrants are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification. 

The winner may not offer for sale or exchange the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Prize and Promotion if this term is not complied with. 

All information provided is correct at the time of going live but may be subject to change by the Promoter if necessary for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

An Post is careful to treat the privacy of its customers with care and due regard to the laws of Ireland. The information, including personal data, which you submit to enter the Promotion, will be used by An Post to run the Promotion and to provide you with the Prize. This information will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise requested by you. Calls may be recorded for verification and training purposes. Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
