Boran Packaging is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Onsite role – office base is in Sallins

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR compliance, and workforce planning.

The role will also support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture.

Candidates should hold a relevant degree qualification and/or be CIPD accredited, and have strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.

This position is offered on an initial 9-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to become permanent. A competitive compensation package including great benefits will be offered to the successful candidate.

✅ Requirements

• Over 25 with a valid EU driving licence
• Minimum 1–2 years Artic driving experience (Ireland/UK)
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Clean driving record
• Valid Irish work permit
• Experience with multi-drop, tail lift, store deliveries or refrigerated transport preferred
