The Donegal town of Creeslough is preparing for commemorations due to take place this afternoon, one year after the fatal explosion that saw 10 people die
Eight others were injured in the blast at a petrol station, and emergency services from both sides of the border attended the scene.
Locals will gather in the village this afternoon to remember the lives that were lost, and in thanksgiving for all who responded to the tragedy.
A commemoration ceremony will take place this afternoon, followed by a mass this evening.
