It includes Salesian College, St Wolstan's Community School and Celbridge Community School.
A new "streamlined" post primary school application system will open from this morning.
It means families in Celbridge will fill out just one form online.
Some parents have criticised the new system as it does not allow them to select schools in order of preference.
The pilot scheme aims to streamline the admissions process.
Celbridge is one of five areas across the country taking part in the trial, alongside Athenry, Clonakilty, Greystones, and Tullamore.
Three schools in Celbridge are participating in the pilot:
Salesian College
St Wolstan's Community School
Celbridge Community School
Under the new system parents and guardians can apply for first year places, including places in special classes.
Parents and guardians only have up until Wednesday 22nd October to fill out the form, which can be found on applytoschool.ie.
