The app allows members to borrow eBooks and eAudiobooks
Kildare County Council’s Library Service has announced a new award-winning reading app is now available to it's members.
The app is called 'Libby', allowing members to borrow eBooks and eAudiobooks through it.
The collection includes bestselling authors, new releases, literary fiction, romance, mystery, children's books, business titles, health and wellbeing resources, and much more.
Books are automatically returned at the end of the lending period and titles can also be downloaded for offline reading or listening.
Speaking to Kfm News, Gillian Allen, County Librarian, Kildare County Council said, "we are delighted to introduce Libby as a new eService" adding that it will help readers "of all ages discover the convenience of borrowing from the library digitally, free of charge".
