Peter O'Mahony has stepped down as captain of Munster.
The Cork native spent over 10 years in the role and led the province to United Rugby Championship success earlier this year.
O'Mahony first captained his province in 2011 before taking on the responsibility full-time after Doug Howlett's departure in 2013.
He also has 101 caps for Ireland.
No replacement has been announced.
