Pierce O'Leary has suffered the first defeat of his professional career after losing his IBO World super lightweight title to Mark Chamberlain in Dublin.
Pierce O'Leary's unbeaten professional record has come to an end after the Dubliner was stopped in the 10th by England's Mark Chamberlain at the 3Arena.
O'Leary was knocked down twice in the early rounds, before battling back and flooring Chamberlain with a body shot in the seventh.
However, the Englishman regained control late on, forcing the referee to stop the contest after a sustained attack in the 10th round.
The defeat sees O'Leary surrender his IBO World super lightweight title and suffer the first loss of his professional career.
