The winners of those matches will meet in the first round proper.
Elsewhere in the southern section, it's Carlow versus Tipperary and Laois against Westmeath.
In the northern section first round, Cavan are set to play Down while Longford have a home tie with Fermanagh.
London travel to play Sligo and Leitrim will welcome Antrim to Carrick-on-Shannon.
Preliminary round ties are scheduled to take place next weekend, with first round matches the following week.
