He leaves a club struggling in the Premier League's relegation zone, four points from safety with eight games to go.
Burnley have won just four matches this season - fewer than any other top flight club.
But it's still a surprise - after Dyche signed a new four-year contract in September.
Burnley Football Club can confirm the Club has parted company with manager Sean Dyche, assistant manager Ian Woan, first-team coach Steve Stone and goalkeeping coach Billy Mercer.
