Athy beat County Carlow in Naas this afternoon
Athy RFC have been crowned Provincial Towns Cup champions, following a dramatic win over Co. Carlow this afternoon.
The full time score in Naas was Athy 18-17 Carlow, with Carlow missing a last minute penalty.
It’s the first time Athy have won the competition since their 1984 win over Portlaoise.
