Changes to the Leaving Cert for 2022, which will impact around 3,000 Kildare pupils, have been welcomed.

The Department of Education has released the new adjustments for next year's exams on a subject-by-subject basis.

It will give students more choice in written exams, while briefs for practical or project work will be issued four weeks earlier.
