Cian McLoughlin was last seen in Grand Teton National Park
New searches have been carried out in America for a missing Dublin man.
27 year old Cian McLaughlin disappeared following a hike in Wyoming over two weeks ago.
Stephanie Rohan reports.
"Dubliner Cian McLaughlin was last seen on the 8th of June when he went hiking in Grand Teton National Park.
Last week the US Park Service announced it was scaling back the search after nothing was found.
However a resident of Wyoming has now come forward following an overseas trip to say they saw Cian McLaughlin on the day he went missing.
The witness said they chatted with Cian about his work and being from Ireland.
As a result, Additional searches have since been carried out but again no evidence or clues were found."
Grand Teton National Park received additional information about missing 27-year-old hiker Cian McLaughlin. The park continues to request any information the public may have that may aid in locating McLaughlin.
