The Government’s new housing plan will aim to reduce the price of a home in Dublin.

The long awaited strategy will strive for prices between €250,000 and €325,000, according to the Irish Examiner.

The Housing Minister will seek full Cabinet approval for the Housing for All plan on Thursday.

Chief Economist with Davy, Conall MacCoille, says the social housing budget is also likely to go up.
