That's according to research by Drinkaware.

Over a third of people say they've made changes to cut back their drinking habits.

According to research by Drinkaware, 63 per cent of adults say they feel comfortable drinking no alcohol or low alternatives around people who are drinking.

The alcohol prevention charity is reminding the public to drink in moderation, prevent bingeing and keep roads safe over the long weekend.
