The Government's plan to abolish Direct Provision by 2024 is a "pipe-dream", according to a body representing asylum seekers in Ireland.
The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission will today warn the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Public Petitions that the Government’s white paper on direct provision is "already behind schedule".
