Man (30s) arrested
An investigation is underway after a man was killed in a road crash in Ballyfermot, Co. Dublin.
The driver, a man in his 30s, was arrested following the single-vehicle collision on the Sarsfield Road at approximately 10.30pm last night.
A man in his 20s, who was one of the passengers, was taken to St James' Hospital where he later passed away.
While a woman, who is also in her 20s, suffered non life-threatening injuries.
The road has re-opened following a technical exam and Gardaí are asking witnesses to come forward.
