A man has died in car crash in Cavan
The fatal road traffic collision involving a car and a lorry occurred shortly before 5pm on Thursday 4th May 2023 on the N3 at New Inns, Ballyjamesduff, County Cavan.
The driver and sole occupant of the car involved (male, 20s) was fatally injured during the course of this collision.
No other serious injuries to persons was reported.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the N3 at New Inns between 4:30pm and 5:15pm are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
