There's a call on Government to set up a National Planning Unit for Care.

The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission is calling for the step to improve standards in both paid and unpaid care work.

Its Chief Commissioner Sinead Gibney says a National Planning Unit would make a big difference in helping people:
