Punchestown is one of 40 walk-in centres operating throughout the country this weekend.
The Kildare walk-in clinic was available on Saturday morning, and will open again from 9.30 am to 12.30pm on Sunday.
30,000 people showed up when the walk-in facilities were held for the first time last weekend.
The HSE's national lead for the vaccination programme, Damian McCallion, says the system could continue in the future.
