Owners at the Crescent Building were informed of the cost two weeks ago.
Fire Safety defects with an estimated repair cost of 5 million euro have been discovered at a Dublin apartment block.
Owners at the Crescent Building, in Park West, were sent a letter detailing the issue just over two weeks ago.
The Irish Times reports, it was found non compliant with it's Fire Safety certificate in some parts of the block.
The letter also states that the entire fire alarm system must be replaced, and there's a lack of 'fire-stopping' material in the building.
