Farmers Stage Protests Against Govt Climate Action Strategy.

Demonstrations are taking place in Cavan, Roscommon Portaloise and Cork.

Farmers are holding protests around the country today against the governments climate action strategy.

The Irish Farmers Association says the current coalition's policies will decimate Ireland's largest indigenous sector.

Today's demonstrations will take place in Cavan, Roscommon Portaloise and Cork.

Kildare man, Brian Rushe, is Deputy President of the IFA.

He joined Ciara Noble on Friday's edition of Kildare Today.
