A huge amount of money has been spent on Dublin's MetroLink, even though nothing has been built yet.
Most of the money has been spent on the application process, design work and environmental studies.
The overall project is expected to cost 9.5 billion euro and is aimed for completion in 2035.
Labour's Transport Spokesperson Duncan Smith says the huge cost means the project must go ahead:
