Labour Leader wants 2nd doses administered more swiftly.

The Dáil has heard calls to change the vaccine roll-out for people aged 60 to 70.

It comes as a new study has shown the AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines are not as effective against the Indian variant of the virus after just one dose.

Labour leader Alan Kelly has called for the most vulnerable people to have their second dose of AstraZeneca sped up to get them fully protected:
