Budget 2024 will be unveiled in a Dáil speech at 1pm.
The Public Expenditure says today's budget is about helping people meet the cost of living while protecting important public services.
It will contain changes to USC, a 12 euro weekly increase for pensioners and those on welfare, supports for renters and those trying to cope with increasing mortgage interest rates, along with supports for businesses.
Minister Paschal Donohoe says while there will be something for everyone, they have to be careful but it won't be a 'conservative' budget.
