Two Kildare community groups are to share almost €19,000 in Government funding for migrant integration projects next year.
The support comes under the 2025 Integration Fund, announced by Minister of State for Migration Colm Brophy.

Among the local projects are Griese Youth Theatre in Ballitore, which will receive €10,000 for its “Beyond Borders: Let’s Create Together” initiative, and the Monasterevin Blueway Kayaking Club, which is being awarded €8,640 for its “Bridging Waters” project.
Nationally, 117 organisations are sharing more than €3.6 million to support activities that promote inclusion and cultural understanding within communities.
