The Tánaiste has denied there's mixed messaging from government and NPHET when it comes to using antigen testing.

Leo Varadkar was launching new advice for employers that encourages greater use of antigen screening alongside better ventilation in their workplaces.

NPHET's modelling expert, Maynooth University President,Professor Philip Nolan compared antigen testing to snake oil in a recent tweet.

But Tánaiste Leo Varadkar believes the two positions are not that far apart:
