The development, situated on the Northern side of Kildare, has full planning consent for 168 residential units.

A 12.4-acre site in Southgreen, Kildare, with planning permission for 168 residential units, is up for sale for €7m.

The development, situated on the Northern side of Kildare, has full planning consent for townhouses, semi-detached homes, duplexes, and apartments.

The lands are advertised as being within a short distance of Kildare town, Tesco, Kildare Village shopping outlet and a number of primary and secondary schools.

Local amenities include the plains of the Curragh and Curragh Racecourse, and the Irish National Stud & Gardens.

Planning permission was granted in February 2024, and tender submissions are due by May 15th, 2024.
