More than €62,000 has been awarded to support eight innovative adult literacy projects in Kildare and Wicklow.
The funding is provided through SOLAS’s Collaboration and Innovation Fund.

Exploring Options: A workshop series tackling financial literacy and online misinformation, tailored for unemployed adults. It focuses on building reading, financial, and problem-solving skills.
My Mind Matters: An eight-week programme integrating mental health and literacy development, designed to promote positive outcomes through health-focused learning.
Green Thread: Weaving Climate Literacy, Culture, and Sustainability in our Community: A climate literacy and social inclusion project uniting 15 Ukrainians and 20 older adults for workshops and discussions on sustainability and community engagement.
