Homeless figures released today show 418 homeless people are in the Mid-East region, equating to 98 families, 149 children and 297 single adults across counties Kildare, Meath, and Wicklow.

When compared with February's total, there were 48 more adults in emergency accommodation in March, while there were 23 less children.
It's the second month in a row there have been over 4000 children homeless.
