KCC Publishes Gender Pay Gap

Gender pay gap is the difference in the average hourly wage of men and women across a workforce

Kildare County Council has today published its Gender Pay Gap Report for 2022.

The gender pay gap is the difference in the average hourly wage of men and women across a workforce. Employers with more than 250 employees in Ireland are now required to publish their gender pay gap data.

The Council states that publishing its gender pay gap data helps to reinforce our focus on supporting an open and inclusive workplace at Kildare County Council. See the Council’s Gender Pay Gap report here
