Jack O’Connor Set For Quick Return To Kildare

Allianz Football League draft fixtures pair Kildare and Kerry in the opening round.

Former Kildare manager Jack O’Connor will be heading back to St Conleth’s Park in January.

The Allianz Football League draft fixture list has paired Kildare and Kerry in the opening round.

O'Connor brought a two year tenure with Kildare to an end in September and was installed as Kerry boss within weeks.

He now looks set to face his old players in his first competitive assignment with his new team.

The Newbridge fixture has been set for Sunday January 30 2022 with a 1.45 throw in.

All-Ireland football champions Tyrone will open their Allianz Football League campaign against Monaghan.

Dublin are set to travel to Armagh and Mayo are down to host Donegal.
