Gardaí are appealing for information following an incident where a man was robbed by two males on Dunboyne Road in Maynooth.
The incident occurred on Sunday at 11pm, where an elderly man was walking home when he was approached by two males, who then searched his pockets and a sum of cash was taken.
From the investigation, it's believed the males used a dark coloured Volkswagen people carrier to follow the man home.
Gardaí are asking those with any information or dashcam footage, or who witnessed the incident to contact Leixlip Garda Station on 01 666 7800.
