Complex bought by housing charity
€26 million has been spent converting two office blocks into apartments for people on Dublin city's housing list.
86 one & two-bedroom units have been created at Park West, following the complex's purchase by Tuath Housing.
The housing charity was established in 2000.
According to Tuath Housing's website it aims "to meet a wide variety of housing needs in Ireland with experience and commitment, providing accommodation for single people, families and those with special needs. The accommodation provided by Tuath Housing is made up of a wide range of dwelling types including sheltered flats and apartments, family and supported housing."
The Irish Times reports the offices at the business park in Cherry Orchard had been vacant for 20 years.
It's estimated 200 people will be housed in the complex.
Tuath Housing will provide the homes for those on Dublin City Council's housing waiting list.
