Celbridge Region Eircode Has The Highest House Prices In Kildare.

The CSO has just released the details.

The Celbridge region Eircode continues to have the highest average home prices in Kildare, at €388,400.

That's according to the Central Statistics Office, for the year to October.

W91, the Naas area Eircode, has an average price of €345,100

The next highest is the Curragh region, R56, at €312,140, followed by Enfield A83, at €297,000.

Below are the mean prices of houses in Kildare by Eircode, starting from highest to lowest.

W23 Celbridge: €388,400
W91 Naas: €345,100
R56 Curragh: €312,140
A83 Enfield, taking in parts of North Kildare: €297,000
W12 Newbridge: €300,240
R51 Kildare: €276,860
W34 Monastervin: €248,389
R14 Athy: €203,387
