Calls To Make Kildare Autism Friendly

Cllr. Naoise Ó Cearúil said it's something he will advocate for.

A local councillor has called for signs to be erected throughout Kildare to make communication easier for autistic and non-verbal children.

Cllr. Naoise Ó Cearúil said it's something he will advocate for.

Dublin City Council is set to launch the initiative across 72 of the capital's parks.

They have a number of images and symbols on them which help kids express how they're feeling, which is helpful for those who are unable to speak at all.
