Plans have been lodged for a large-scale residential development in the Ballymakealy Upper townland of Celbridge.
The proposed project, located on Shackleton Road, aims to deliver a total of 168 residential units, along with various amenities and infrastructure improvements.

In addition, the proposal includes significant improvements to the existing pedestrian footpath and cycleway along Shackleton Road.
The plan features an upgraded pedestrian junction at the intersection of Shackleton Road and Clane Road (R403).
To enhance connectivity within the area, two pedestrian bridges will be constructed over Toolestream, providing direct access to the adjacent Oldtown Woods Estate.
