The Pausdeen Place housing project will be located on the Ardclough Road in Newtown, Celbridge.
Kildare County Council has appointed Bretland Construction Ltd. as them main contractor and project supervisor construction stage
The project involves the construction of 39 new social housing units.
KCC say that it will also enable infrastructure works at Pausdeen Bridge and a new pedestrian crossing on the Ardclough Road.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
