Britain's Prince William says his mother Diana, was "failed" by leaders at the BBC, after an investigation found a journalist used "deceitful behaviour" to secure a 'Panorama' interview with her.
Interviewer, Martin Bashir, and the corporation as a whole, have apologised over the findings of The Dyson Investigation.
The findings included the revelation that Mr. Bashir produced fake bank statements to show both the Princess & her brother Earl Spencer.
The former BBC religion editor has described this as a "stupid thing to do" & "an action I deeply regret".
Prince William says he believes it holds "no legitimacy" and "should never be aired again".
