Launched towards Japan
North Korea has carried out a test-firing of possibly its biggest missile launch to date.
It was launched near the capital, Pyongyang, towards Japan.
The missile landed in the sea before reaching its territorial waters.
The United States says North Korea is needlessly raising tensions.
While Japan's Prime Minister described it as "unforgivable recklessness".
