The girl disappeared almost 15 years ago.
A man in Germany, who's currently in jail, has been made a formal suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann by Portuguese authorities.
Time was running out for authorities there before they would be forced to close the investigation.
The three year old girl disappeared from her holiday home in Praia Da Luz almost 15 years ago.
That means Portuguese investigators only have two weeks left to make someone 'a person of interest' in the case.
They haven't named Christian B - but he was identified as a suspect by German prosecutors back in 2020.
The 44-year-old is currently in jail for rape.
He denies any involvement in Madeleine's disappearance and has never been charged.
