Fessenden is 100% owned by Heart Media Ltd, which in turn is owned by Seán Ashmore (50%) and Ciara O’Connor (50%).

Through Heart Media Ltd, Seán Ashmore and Ciara O’Connor currently hold the following Irish radio investments:

• An 85.18% shareholding in East Coast Radio Ltd t/a East Coast FM (Wicklow)
• A 48.32% shareholding in Star Broadcasting Ltd t/a Sunshine 106.8 (Dublin)
• A 47.98% ultimate shareholding in Kfm (Kildare)
