There's a new leader of the Open Championship on day 2 at Royal St George's.

Colin Morikawa has picked up four shots in his opening nine holes to move to 7 under par, one ahead of overnight leader Louis Oosthuizen , who is yet to tee off.

Rory McILroy bogeyed the first to drop back to 1 over par

Padraig Harrington's also 1 over for the tournament after 12 holes of his second round.

Shane Lowry and Darren Clarke will both tee off this afternoon from 1 over.

Meanwhile, Bryson DeChambeau has apologised to his club manufacturers Cobra for saying his driver 'sucked' during his first round.

The American struggled to find the fairway, ending the day one over par.

DeChambeau posted on Instagram calling his comments 'very unprofessional' and saying it was he, rather than his equipment, who sucked.
