Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood picked up a 5-and-4 win over Collin Morikawa and Harris English at Bethpage Black.

Team Europe are off to a strong start on Day One of the Ryder Cup in New York.

Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood picked up a 5-and-4 win over Collin Morikawa and Harris English at Bethpage Black.

Jon Rahm and Tyrrell Hatton were 4-and-3 winners against Bryson DeChambeau and Justin Thomas.

While it was a 5-and-3 win for Ludvig Aberg and Matt Fitzpatrick against Scottie Scheffler and Russell Henley.

Rob MacIntyre and Viktor Hovland trail Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay by 1 through 13 holes in the final match.
