The Swede managed England for a number of years
Sven-Goran Eriksson says he has "best case a year" to live following a cancer diagnosis.
The 75-year-old has managed 17 teams, at club and international level, since 1977.
He's the man who led England in the 2002 and 2006 World Cups, as well as Euro 2004.
The Swede says he's trying to stay positive and "not give in during hard times."
