Leona Maguire secured a top-20 finish at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship last night.

The Cavan native carded a final round of 71 to finish the week on four-under-par, and in a tie for 15th.

The event was won by Nelly Korda, who finished on 19-under par, three shots clear of Lizatte Salas in second.

Elsewhere, eight extra holes were needed to settle the PGA Tour event in Connecticut - with Harris English eventually taking victory.

He beat Kramer Hickok in a prolonged play-off at the Travelers Championship, after both Americans finished 13-under-par.
