It's Women's National Cup semi finals weekend.

At 1.30pm Defending National Cup holders FloMAX Liffey Celtics and their head coach Hilary play his former side Trinity Meteors.

Before that, their 2nd team are in action from 11am.

Both games will be played in Neptune Stadium in Cork.
