Former Jockey Rachael Blackmore Receives Contribution To The Industry Award At 2025 Horse Racing Ireland Awards

The Tipperary native, who announced her retirement earlier this year, was presented with the award in Dublin this evening

Former Jockey Rachael Blackmore has received the Contribution to the Industry Award at the 2025 Horse Racing Ireland Awards.

The Tipperary native, who announced her retirement earlier this year, was presented with the award in Dublin this evening.

Meanwhile, the Horse of the Year Award resulted in a tie between reigning champion Galopin Des Champs and Ethical Diamond.

Both horses are stabled by Carlow trainer Willie Mullins.
