Ireland will be without Craig Casey for the upcoming Six Nations Championship.

Munster have confirmed that the scrum-half will be sidelined until April after having surgery on a knee injury last week.

Wing Thaakir Abrahams and second-row Jean Kleyn will also be out of action for up to four months.

Munster's defence coach Denis Leamy has also revealed that centre Alex Nankivell will be out for a few weeks with the hamstring injury he picked up in their win at Ulster.
