Buckley has guided them to four wins and four defeats in the SSE Airtricity Premier Division.
Cork City have confirmed that Liam Buckley will continue to lead the first team for the rest of the season.
Buckley was appointed sporting director at Turner’s Cross, days before former manager Colin Healy resigned in May.
Since then, he’s guided them to four wins and four defeats in the SSE Airtricity Premier Division.
Following internal discussions, it has been agreed that the current management team will remain in place until the end of the 2023 season.
